We select the most promising deals and send to our investor network, including a full due diligence report of the market opportunity, growth viability, and investment terms

We negotiate deal terms and funding capacity with the portfolio company and co-investors, and admit our investors into the funding round via our syndicate entity

We create a special purpose vehicle (SPV), an investment entity, for each new deal and manage the funds throughout the life of the investment on behalf of our investors
